9. Purchase and payment

10. Seller wallet

10.3 Currently, Costcop can only pay you through third-party payment channels. Therefore, you must provide Costcop with your detailed payment information for payment collection (such as money received from product sales or Costcop refunds).

10.4 Payment for the goods you sell on Costcop shall be credited to your seller wallet within seven (7) days after the goods are delivered to the buyer or immediately after the buyer confirms receipt of the goods.

10.5 You may not modify or cancel a withdrawal request once submitted.

10.6 Ifan error occurs in the processing of any transaction, you authorize us to correct such error by initiating a debit or credit entry to your nominated bank account, provided that any such correction complies with applicable laws and regulations. If for any reason we are unable to debit your designated bank account, you authorize us to resubmit the debit, plus any applicable fees, to or debit the debit and applicable fees to any other bank account or payment instrument you have on file with us. 11.Shopping payment

12. Store Guarantee

12.1 The Costcop Guarantee is a service provided by Costcop or its authorized agents to protect purchases. To avoid liability risks, monies purchased from Sellers using the Services will be held by Costcop or its authorized agents ("Costcop Guaranteed Account"). Sellers do not receive interest or other income from the amounts you pay into your Costcop secured account.

12.2 Once Buyer pays for his or her order ("Buyer's Purchase Money"), Buyer's Purchase Money will remain in the Costcop Secured Account until:

(a) Buyer sends confirmation to Costcop that Buyer has received his/her goods, in which case, unless 12.2(d) applies, Costcop will release Buyer’s purchase price (less Seller’s freight percentage (if applicable), Transaction Fees and Taxes) Amounts paid to Sellers in the Costcop Secured Account (as defined below) and (if applicable) Cross-Border Fees (as defined below);

(b) the Costcop warranty period (or any approved extension under 12.3) expires, in which case Costcop will release Buyer’s purchase price (less Seller’s shipping charges) unless 12.2(c) or 12.2(d) applies. 12.3 Payments made through Costcop channels will be held in the Costcop Guarantee Account for a specified period of time (the "Costcop Guarantee Period").
