For the convenience of sellers, Mart Costcop  provides examples (not an exhaustive list) of guidelines below for prohibited and restricted products that are not allowed to be sold on Mart Costcop . Mart Costcop  will update this guidance from time to time when necessary. Sellers are requested to visit this page regularly for relevant updates.

1 Violation of Mart Costcop  Terms of Service

In case of violation of this "Prohibited and Restricted Products Policy", the seller may suffer a series of unfavorable measures, including but not limited to any or all of the following:

- Deletion of listed products or information

- Restrict account permissions

- Suspension and termination of account

- Freeze account funds, or directly deduct account funds if necessary to make up for Mart Costcop  losses

- legal action

2 List of Prohibited and Restricted Commodities (will be updated from time to time, for more information, please refer to the Prohibited List, Logistics Guidebook, etc. published on the Mart Costcop  platform)

(1) Imitation guns, military and police supplies, and dangerous weapons:

1. Guns, ammunition, arms and imitations;

2. Control devices that can cause others to temporarily lose their ability to resist and cause serious bodily harm to others;

3. Guns, ammunition, ammunition related equipment, accessories, subsidiary products, and derivative handicrafts of imitation products, etc.;

4. Controlled knives, crossbow accessories, throwing sticks, darts, axes, blowing arrows, knives with bloodletting grooves and other controlled appliances that may be used to endanger the personal safety of others, as well as electric shock devices used for personal defense;

5. Sprayers, liquid sprayers and other self-defense equipment, equipment and facilities that may cause harm to the human body;

If you see a listing that violates Mart Costcop 's policies, please report to Mart Costcop  by clicking the "Report this product" or "Flag this user" button in the drop-down menu on the product or user page. In the event of a violation of the policy, Mart Costcop  will send emails, system messages, and push notifications to the seller, informing them that the listed product has been removed from the Mart Costcop  website. Mart Costcop  will also push push notifications for the listed products to buyers.
